A new preview build of the Playstation emulator Duckstation has been released with the following changes.

42e347c: Atualização Português do Brasil (Anderson Cardoso) #2913

32c15c4: Update Russian translation (shikulja) #2915

c262866: Update Simple-Chinese translation to latest. (zkdpower) #2916

Backports from PCSX2 UI (Connor McLaughlin)

Update FA glyph range (Connor McLaughlin)
